HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We're proud to have teamed up with Royal Mail Tracked 24 to get your treats to you as quickly as possible. Once dispached your order will be delivered the next working day. Please note: orders placed after the preorder cut-off period will be processed the following week. While Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next day delivery, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally take a little longer.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

At present, we do not offer international shipping. Due to the nature of our freshly baked products, we currently only ship within the UK to ensure the best quality and freshness on arrival.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and you’ll receive a unique tracking code once your order is dispatched. This allows you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all deliveries. The cost of shipping is based on the Royal Mail Tracked 24 rate, which varies depending on the size and weight of your parcel. This rate is automatically calculated at checkout, so you’ll see the exact postage cost before you complete your order.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not offer refunds. Refunds will only be considered in the event that items are damaged while in our care or missing from your order.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

As we do not typically accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products, return shipping costs are not applicable. In the rare case of items being damaged while in our care or missing from your order, we will discuss the most appropriate solution with you directly.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We take great care to package all orders securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, as our baked goods are delicate, minor imperfections may occasionally occur.

As refunds are only issued in cases of damage within our care or missing items, once your refund request is approved, it will typically be processed within 5–7 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to your original method of payment.
